Josiah Goodin brings a rare combination of large-scale operational leadership, data-driven decision making, and hands-on field experience to GoodAim Site Services. His background spans high-performance operations, logistics, and real-world construction and real estate execution, providing a strong foundation for building a service company rooted in reliability, efficiency, and measurable results.

Throughout his career, Josiah has held high-level leadership roles across multiple companies and industries, most recently serving in a senior leadership capacity at a Fortune 5 global technology and e-commerce organization, one of the largest and most operationally complex companies in the world. In these roles, he led globally distributed teams and managed large-scale logistics and service operations, building and refining scalable systems that supported high-volume performance. His work focused on optimizing operations, improving service reliability, and developing repeatable processes that consistently delivered results at scale.

Josiah is a strong advocate for data-driven decision making and the strategic use of technology to elevate performance. At GoodAim Site Services, he emphasizes building sustainable systems and processes supported by modern technology, clear accountability, and high-performance teams. In addition to his executive-level operational experience, Josiah brings real-world, hands-on experience in real estate development, construction, and field operations. Forged in Industry
Bringing over 20 years of boots-on-the-ground experience in the power and construction industries, Will is a veteran leader who understands the high stakes of industrial execution. His career is built on a foundation of technical mastery and a deep-seated commitment to operational integrity, values forged during his service in the U.S. Navy.

Will’s background is rooted in the literal machinery of the industry. Having served as a maintenance technician during the construction and commissioning of power plants, he possesses an intimate understanding of the mechanical and logistical complexities required to bring a massive project online. This field-first perspective gives him a distinct advantage when managing large-scale operations; he doesn't just see a project on a spreadsheet, he sees the critical path from the perspective of the people doing the work.

Throughout two decades in the power sector, Will has become an expert in vendor and contractor management. He knows exactly where projects tend to bottleneck and has seen firsthand the frustration caused when vendors over-promise and under-deliver. Because of this, he prioritizes transparency and accountability above all else. He is a firm believer that meeting tight deadlines shouldn't come at the cost of team morale; instead, he focuses on fostering a "happy work crew" culture, knowing that a respected and well-coordinated team is the most efficient tool on any job site.
